Safe and effective virtual training from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever your fitness journey takes you. Livestream private training is designed to simulate the experience of an in-person session through the execution of flawless cueing, coaching, and programming, adaptable to train you no matter where you are. Your coach is ready to connect with you to ensure you are reaching those fitness goals consistently, anywhere around the world.
 

On-site

Traditional in-person training for those wanting the full hands-on experience. Receive the golden standard of personal training from the best in the industry, utilizing your workout space and available equipment to help you maximize results. No equipment? No problem. Our personal trainers are fully prepared to bring all the necessary fitness tools for your specific goals each session. 

THE CREATOR

 Louis Lopez is a world-renowned fitness coach with over 20 years of experience working in the fitness industry. Louis’ passion for changing lives has provided him numerous skill sets, which include his ability to coach various formats such as one-to-one, small group, and large groups across an array of modalities. His clientele base has ranged from celebrities to professional athletes, with a current focus of training high-profile individuals. Over the years, Louis’ roles have ranged from personal trainer, to Fitness Director of various fitness establishments in both the boutique and large health club space. His current responsibility encompasses the creation and curation of fitness content among a team of top fitness instructors to deliver an optimal digital training experience for TRX (The TRX Training Club). Louis has a BS in Exercise Physiology, certified in NASM, all TRX modalities (Suspension Training, Group Training, RIP, Functional Training, Sport Medicine Suspension  Training, Advance Group Training), and is a TRX certified Course Instructor.
